We assess the approaches, existing coverage and response responsibilities before designing how radar, surveillance and access control should work together.

Separate patrol schedules, cameras and control systems can leave operators piecing an incident together by hand. The assessment establishes where coverage is missing and which vessel functions still need to be retained.

We designed a layered architecture combining maritime radar, platform surveillance and access control within one command environment.

The deliverable was a costed, phased implementation roadmap. It set out how coverage could be extended and reliance on patrol vessels reduced as stages were commissioned. These were planned improvements, not reported operating results.
