HOW WE WORK
A clear route from assessment to operation.
Assess the risks, design the system, manage delivery and prepare your team to use it.
01 · ASSESS
Understand what needs to change.
We start with a working session, then agree the scope of an assessment: the sites, threats, existing systems and information needed. The assessment identifies gaps and sets out priorities for further design.
What you receive: a threat picture, a gap analysis and a defined next step.
02 · DESIGN
Set the architecture and delivery plan.
We design the layers as one system: the architecture, a costed roadmap you can phase, and the response plan. Response is designed per jurisdiction: lawful, proportionate, and in extractive environments aligned to the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights (VPSHR). We design the whole chain and deploy what the law allows.
What you receive: layered architecture, costed and phased roadmap, lawful response design.
03 · DELIVER
Build, integrate and commission.
We integrate the layers, manage the build and commission the command centre. The delivery team and its qualifications are matched to the technologies in scope, with acceptance criteria agreed before handover.
What you receive: integrated systems, managed delivery and a commissioned command centre.
04 · HAND OVER
Prepare your team to take control.
We train your team and provide the documentation needed to operate the system. Handover responsibilities and any continuing support or managed operation are agreed as part of the scope.
What you receive: operator training, system documentation and agreed support arrangements.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Know who is responsible.
One team coordinates the architecture, integration, delivery and handover. Support scope, hours and escalation arrangements are made explicit so your team knows who to contact.
WHAT WE DELIVER
From assessment to operation.
A costed roadmap turns a security problem into a board decision.
THE CALL
Start with the assessment.
The first step is a conversation. If there's a fit, we propose a scoped assessment with a defined deliverable. If there isn't, we'll tell you.
